In this time of conflicts and turmoil, we need to understand the backgrounds of various civilizations and peoples. Civilizations may come and go, but heritages, as the name indicates, keep on passing from one generation to the next. It is only through genuine understandings of one another that true tolerance and co-existence can flourish. Ethiopia is known all over the world, but unfortunately (and to our shame), for the wrong reasons. There is another side of Ethiopia however, that few have discovered and many are yet to see, the side blessed with numerous historical wonders.
